• Transaction details (e.g., Mobile Financial Service platforms used, loss amounts).
• Any evidence or descriptions you voluntarily upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. The data we collect is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Automated Bot Responses: We use your Messenger PSID to instantly route the results of your database query (Scam Found / No Scam Found) back to your device via our server workflows.
• Database Integrity: Search queries are processed through our secure API to check against our public scam registry.
• Fraud Prevention: Data submitted via our reporting forms is indexed in our public database to help other users verify numbers before making payments.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because Shadakalo is a public trust platform, the details of verified scam reports (the reported scammer's number, name, and loss amount) are made publicly searchable on our platform to protect others. However, we keep the identifying information of the reporter strictly confidential and do not disclose it to the public.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Your Rights)

You have the right to request the deletion of your data or dispute a report. We comply with all Meta Platform developer policies regarding user data deletion.

• Messenger Data: We do not store your Facebook profile information. Your PSID is only used dynamically to deliver the requested search result.
• Report Deletion: If your number has been falsely reported on our platform, or if you wish to remove a report you submitted, you may file a dispute. Upon verification, the data will be permanently purged from our database.
